“I had a water spot on the ceiling of a main floor room, so I couldn't have been coming from the roof. I assumed it was coming from the upstairs laundry room, though I could find no water on the floor or drain pan. After reading great reviews of Zippy on Kudzu.com I gave Matt (the owner) a call. He came to my house that same evening with an employee. They were both very courteous. After a few minutes of investigation, he determined that leak wasn't coming from the laundry room, and determined that my girls' bathroom was actually above the room in question. He had to cut a hole in the ceiling on the main floor to investigate further and figured out that the leak was not coming from the drains or water lines, but that the tile around the tub had not been sealed properly by the builder. A bead of plumber's putty around the tub and the problem was solved. All he charged me was a nominal "consultation fee". My bigger outlay was getting the ceiling drywall patched a few days later. Matt did a great job... he's definitely my new plumber. If they allowed 10 stars on these ratings, I would have given him 10!”

“We had AllGood out shortly after we bought our house to fix a leak that was found during the inspection. While they were working on that they found some major issues that the inspector had not found, or hadn't told us about. We got a quote from AllGood to fix those issues and had them come back later to do the work since it was a pretty major expense (although quite a bit less than another quote we got). The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they didn't tell us until they came back to do the work that their quote didn't include clean-up, so we had to pay someone else to come out that same day and clean the sewage. Seems like you should tell someone if your estimate includes work that will leave behind a bunch of sewage under the house!”

“I had a very bad back up in my home and was quite afraid of the price due to the fact my home is 50 years old. Cody with Precision Plumbing came out that very same day to check out my system, which was such as relief since my tub was backing up very quickly. He was able to access my main clean out (I had no clue that even existed) and have the repair done within 1 hour, his price was below what several other companies quoted me and it has not happened since. I have used them several other times on many other jobs and would recommend them to everyone I know!”
