Steve came in and repaired just the handle and saved me the cost of a new faucet and installation at a very reasonable price. He was on time, efficient, clean and fast. In and out in under an hour. Our water main pipe in front of our house broke on a Saturday afternoon and he was there right away to get the ball rolling on all the details that have to take place to remedy the issue. Work couldn't start til Monday morning, but he had everything lined up and ready to go so that the job was complete and we got our water back!!”

“Woke in the morning and my boiler was off so we had no heat. Called around and everyone was too busy. Neo plumbing answered and said they will schedule for the next day, but when I said I had small children they moved things around and came out the same day.
