“A couple of months ago I awakened to a toilet that had been running all night and I had no idea that it had done so. It had eroded the ring underneath and was leaking into my basement. I did what I could to stop it but knew that I needed a plumber ASAP! The first name I came across was Joshua’s and he was a godsend! He talked me through how to make sure the valves were off and completely calmed me down. His work ethic and compassion for a hysterical female early on a Sunday morning spoke volumes about his character. He fixed my problem in no time at all and at a reasonable price. “I have hired Ben. Frank. Plumbing several times for all different projects. Most recently was They are ALWAYS prompt, very polite and respectful, very professional, knowledgeable and accurate and fast in completion of the job. The service employees are very neat in appearance and have always totally cleaned up the area that was worked on leaving no additional clean-up by me. They have a pretty decent annual Service Contract.”
