Literally every day I’d get a text from them, explaining what was completed today and what they will be doing tomorrow. “Rick (owner) went above and beyond. He was in charge of rebuilding the front of my house After my oil tank fiasco. He kept a tight timeframe AND would do mid project quality walk throughs To make sure everything was to my liking. He even found and corrected stuff I didn’t even see. “We hired Picco to do a full gut renovation and addition to our home in 2022. The team was professional, courteous and very communicative. From our initial consult all the way through completion we felt great about our decision to go with Picco. We enjoyed using their app to follow along with the construction and appreciated the weekly call with Kevin, our Project Manager. We have an older home and there were a few surprises behind the walls and Picco let us know as soon as they discovered an issue and presented solutions. “Classic Construction recently re-sided my house and replaced all of the windows, doors and trim. i couldn't be happier with the results and the way they went about doing the work. The crew displayed the utmost professionalism, and anytime a decision needed to be made or a question came up, Ian and his crew were there to provide guidance and asked the right questions to find out what was going to work best for us.
