Our neighbors recommended him to us after their bathroom reno and our other neighbors will be using him in the fall for theirs. He’s the best! We renovated 2.5 bathrooms this spring with Jack. His quote came in where we were hoping which was great. But more importantly for us was the quality of the work and ease of working with him and his team. Jack is very responsive, timely, and always follow through, which we have learned is difficult to find. Whenever I got stressed, Jack always remained calm and addressed any concerns right away. “We had a full kitchen remodel. From the beginning of the process , the guys at Single Source made us feel comfortable. They came right out ,looked everything over and gave us an estimate in a couple days. The communication was amazing and never at any time did we regret our decision to go with them. We really enjoyed the one on one that Single Source gave us. The guys sat down with us and went over everything, even went with us to help us pick out our appliances, flooring ,tile ,cabinets, countertops, etc. Taking time to educate us on the products that we were considering and giving us the pros and cons. They finished the job in the time they said they would and also at the price they had quoted us. We plan on getting our bathroom done in the future and will definitely be using them again.”
