He has built decks, fences, retaining walls, screens, planters, pergolas...any type of outdoor carpentry we have requested. Tom works to a very high standard and the end result is beautiful; and often even better than anticipated. Tom offers creative ideas throughout the project and is adaptable when the situation requires it. Tom's projects are completed on time and on budget. Our clients are always thrilled. As a landscape contractor we meet and deal with many different contractors. For a contractor to become a part of the Aura Landscapers team, he must bring a high level of quality, commitment and professionalism. We believe Tom does. “Addition of 2 rooms over our garage. The project required an engineered solution to meet our needs of adding two rooms over our garage, drywall, finishing of the garage, installation of upgraded HVAC to meet the larger house size, new stucco, new eavestrophing, fascia, soffit, new finishings in all upper floor. Second project on secondary property was to assist with proper sealing of crawl space and increasing insulation in attic. Kurmak employees were: - very professional] - listened to our needs - found solutions to our requests for changes when we asked - addressed shortcomings immediately and with professional attitude. - met or exceeded deadlines”

“Kinash Construction helped me with my home renovation. We added an secondary suite to the side of our house and a dormer to the room above the garage. (see house renovation pictured with the red house.) Jay Kinash, the owner, is very knowledgeable with the the whole building process from designing to framing and finishing. He is also very well connected in the community and knows the best tradesmen to help with all the extras. His quotes are accurate and his employees are respectful and hard workers. He even trusted me enough to do a few simple jobs. Overall very happy to have hired Kinash Construction to do our renovation! It went as smoothly as construction can go! I would recommend for any type of construction or project.”

“We had the pleasure of working with Barry and Lisa to complete our kitchen renovation. It was a bit of a tricky project (most are) but both Barry and Lisa went the extra mile, from design to completion, to ensure it went off without a hitch. The end result was a beautiful kitchen that far exceeded our expectations. We would immediately turn to them again if we were to have any additional renovation needs.”

He communicates clearly and often with photos and project updates, and responds to questions or concerns very very quickly. Darcy is extremely committed to his projects and works tirelessly to keep things running according to plan. When the inevitable reno surprises came up, or when we changed our mind about something, he calmly managed the situation and ensured it was resolved. Darcy has a background in project management and uses these skills to his clients advantage. I believe this sets him apart from others in the home renovation business.”

“I hired Wilson Homes to complete full interior and exterior renovation of an older home and had ambitious expectations on the timeline. They delivered in every aspect someone could expect. The trades and suppliers were very professional, clean, timely and cost effective while Wilson Homes was excellent at communicating schedule and progress. All changes encountered (as expected with a 50 year old home) were presented in a clear manner with expectations of costs and added value, which made decisions easy. I was most impressed with how quickly everything was done and seems to be much quicker than any of my friends renovations in recent memory. I would definitely recommend Wilson Homes to anyone for any job, big or small, simple or complicated.”

“Out of the 4 contractors that I interviewed and explained what I would like in my kitchen, Mike was the only one who knew immediately. He then proceeded to sketch out my kitchen right in front of me, exactly how I envisioned it. The trades people for cabinets (Samantha), flooring, electrical, drywall ( Kelly), painter all were very knowledgeable about their products and installation for cabinets was above and beyond. Mike has been very professional, honest and caring in his dealings with us. What he quoted was exactly what we paid , except a couple things I changed we paid extra for. Mike knew we were on a budget and he proceeded most economically and efficiently for us. Started demo Nov 2/21 finished Nov 30/21 , with a few touch ups in December. Would highly recommend this company, If you want it done properly and done right Bella Rosa Developments is the choice.”
