“Schilling provided contracting services for our bathroom and guestroom remodels, as well as extensive repair of wood rot, window, door, and siding replacement on our exterior, and has begun consulting with us on our kitchen remodel. Schilling has also providing contracting services for repair of wood rot, window replacement and painting of exterior of building for our office condominium building, as well as the complete remodel of our office unit in that building. Doug Schilling is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, delivers excellent results on time and in budget. Some of these projects were completed in 2009. The condo building is currect for 2014.”

“Dustin did a wonderful job for us. Cleanest tradesman BY FAR, and we've hired quite a few over the last decades. The venetian plaster is fairly mesmerizing to look at -- so much depth. The thing we learned about plaster is the colors are tricky to match to a paint chip--and Dustin was very patient with me as I toned down the severity of my original choice. Great job! “Highly recommend! Pacific Precision Builders is thorough, detailed, punctual, affordable and efficient from beginning to end. We went through the process with them of building and designing our home from the ground up and we could not be happier with the results. All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable in their respective fields. I especially appreciated the design help as that is not my forte. Their design specialist met with us several times and continued to research out options until we found the perfect combo for layout and materials. The building & install phase was fast and went smoothly, dovetailing perfectly with plumbing & electrical subcontractors. These guys know their stuff!”
