“Out of the 4 contractors that I interviewed and explained what I would like in my kitchen, Mike was the only one who knew immediately. He then proceeded to sketch out my kitchen right in front of me, exactly how I envisioned it. The trades people for cabinets (Samantha), flooring, electrical, drywall ( Kelly), painter all were very knowledgeable about their products and installation for cabinets was above and beyond. Mike has been very professional, honest and caring in his dealings with us. What he quoted was exactly what we paid , except a couple things I changed we paid extra for. Mike knew we were on a budget and he proceeded most economically and efficiently for us. Started demo Nov 2/21 finished Nov 30/21 , with a few touch ups in December. Would highly recommend this company, If you want it done properly and done right Bella Rosa Developments is the choice.”

“Hired this contractor to build our custom home. Firstly, he assisted us with great ideas for the design of the home (planning stage). Now, during the building stages, he continues to assist with design ideas to ensure the home is of high standards. Does everything possible to get the best product but for a cost that is within the clients budget. He ensures his contractors work by the same standards he and his client expects. Is always available for questions and open to suggestions without judgement. Does do everything in his power to ensure the client is happy!! Constantly in contact with (me) the client with updates and always asks before making any decisions on changes, whether upgrades or not.
