“Built a new extension, remodeled kitchen and built a new deck. The majority of the work was of the highest quality. Organization and planning could have been better. The project took a lot longer than expected. Some situations were beyond our control while others could have been avoided through better coordination. On the whole we are very happy with the work. We broke ground in November - it's now late July and I think we have 3 - 4 more weeks of work till we are completed.”

“We have had Larry so three jobs at our home now to include a porch remodel, window replacements, and entry/foyer remodel. His attention to detail is impeccable! On each project he has worked closely with us to get the design we wanted and he has incredible vision and ideas. He always completed the work on schedule and the end results are amazing!! Would recommend him for any services needed and we will be using him again in the future.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Warraich Associates for a new construction project on an existing foundation. The principal, Hasnain Nasir was not only passionate but he possess strong knowledge about construction and remodeling. His attention to detail and his efforts to build a great home is the best I've experience by far. He is also informed of the new technology to build Smart Homes. “Big shout out to Val and his team. Reliable, honest, high communication and great skills. Complete renovation down to the studs with a massive addition, new everything! Renovations are never an easy thing but Val held our hand throughout the entire process and made our dream home a reality. So many decisions to make along the way. Val was always available to answer questions, support and guide us in the right direction... and keep us calm, LOL. It came out beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. “Allan did an amazing job with our kitchen remodeling, which included demolition, addition of a large room, changing roof lines and some major internal changes in other areas. He would personally be on the job 6 days a week, and this entire effort (from demolition to a shell being ready) was completed in less than 10 weeks. In the meantime, he had built a temporary kitchen in our basement, and sealed off the area to prevent dust pollution. Cannot recommend Allan highly enough -- his costs were very reasonable (I shopped around), his workmanship is excellent, his team is very professional, highly ethical (no hidden charges or surprises) -- I've recommended Allan to many friends, and would not hesitate to hire him again.”

“They gave me a 900 sqft 2nd floor addition with entire 1st floor alterations. This project included a kitchen, three baths, hardwood flooring, roofing, siding, windows, two decks, etc!! They also built a detached garage and took care of all my landscaping. The project was a huge success. They did what was promised and finished before the expected complete date. There price was fair and they stuck to it. There were no extra charges as the project was being done. They were on time, respectful, professional and pleasure to deal with. Everyone in their crew was excellent.”

“Let me first off start by stating, that I usually don't write reviews. That being said, Erna Properties deserves my time to write this review. I have been working with Dave the owner since the summer of 2016. He is extremely hands on, attentive to detail and professional. He is a man of his word, when he says he will be somewhere at a specific time, he means it. His workers show up for a full days work and leave the area clean. I'm not easy to please, I'm one of those people that like to be hands on and do multiple inspections during a project. Not only did Dave not have a problem with it, he welcomed it. His motto is; "on time, on budget and done my way (the client)" can you get better? We feel very blessed to have found him and to be working with him. I know that when we move into our new home, this building process will be the first of many fond memories to come. I know that spending your hard earned money is a big deal and choosing the right contractor is essential for peace of mind. Dave and his company realize that too, they will treat you like family and respect your time and money as if it were their own. I can't recommend them highly enough. You won't be sorry when you hire them.”
