“In June 2012, Father & Son completed a total tear out and remodel of our small 1950s bathroom. From the first visit by their salesman, to the last visit by Mat Vivona, we could not be more pleased! All the trades were wonderful - everyone took great care to keep our home as clean as possible, ensure our kitties did not get out, and the workmanship was outstanding, especially the tile work. Overall, everyone was very willing to work with me on any requests I had, and the project was completed on time and within budget (taking into account some surprises inside the walls). Since the job has been completed, I can't say enough good things about Father & Son, and have recommended them highly to anyone considering home improvements in the area.”

“If you are seeking quality work at a fair price L and M Restoration should be a top consideration for your project. I have used them on two large projects which included, reconstruction, plaster work, painting, floor sanding, insulation and replacing doors. I found their work to be quality work and what we agreed would happen, happened. The best part for me was that I knew what I wanted and the ideas they shared with me enhanced the outcome. One other small but important part....they were neat, and clean up occurred timely. It was an all around good outcome and they make sure your satisfied before the project is completed.”

“Where do I start! I interviewed a few different companies before I found Ariva and Co. and after reading the positive reviews I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Teresa about my project and after meeting her and Clint in person I just went with my gut and felt that this was the right company for us. I am so glad I did! We originally were just looking for a kitchen remodel but then added on a bathroom, foyer, and closets. They were very professional, respectful, insightful, courteous, and meticulous! We feel so lucky to have found them and are completely happy with the work done. Will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you Teresa and everyone that helped on our project!
