“No lie. I was dreading the remodel process. I was worried that someone would try and pressure me into a sale, or that it would drag on and cost more than I budgeted. But this was the least painful remodel I could imagine. I felt super in control and never pressured to do something I didn’t want or couldn’t afford. The work was done properly and they helped me find appliances and decor that worked for me. If I remodel my bathrooms I would for sure call them back.”

“Great experience, high value, very reliable and best crew we ever worked with. Mayer’s construction did a home remodeling for us during the last 6 months. It has been a big home remodel for us that took design and build as well. After months spending finding the right company for us, we have choose to work with Mike & Nathan Mayer from Mayer’s construction. A week after finalizing contract we started working with Su & Luis both company’s architect and engineer. We worked on the new plans we agreed and wanted at first and started to have architect drawings ready, when we got into engineering process, both Mayer’s construction and us didn’t know we were suppose to redone so much of the existing footings and reinforce of additional walls as 20 years ago we did a 2nd story addition that was probably made poorly and unprofessional. They were extremely kind and helpful and kept the price as we agreed on and didn’t changed a thing. The plan process and measurements took about a month or so, and finally we were able to submit the plans to the city of San Jose. After getting the permits done and job card set ( overall 5 months of waiting / SJ is a pretty busy city) we got into work schedule and been ready to move out as the entire home going to be demolished. Mike was very organized both managing and scheduling the team, rough materials arrivals, and to us to be fully briefed with details and what we need and when. The process of work was great and on timeline , city did changed a lot during this time period with their inspection delays but it didn’t interrupt with our schedule or timeline due to great management ahead. We just finished our work and we absolutely in love with our new home! New flooring throughout, new kitchen, new bathrooms, complete open floor plan, new stair case, new rooms reconfigured, new paint, new texture, new windows and sliding doors throughout, all new plumbing and electrical. A brand new and beautiful home we got thanks to Mayer’s construction and the team, Mike, Nathan, Raul, Jose and many more who had a added value and did this work absolute best.”

“Working with Aidin (Endora Builders) has been a very positive experience! I own a business in the design/architecture world and have worked with numerous General Contractors since the late 1990's. I'm lucky to have worked with Aidin on my own home, as well as in the professional world on collaborative projects. He has many great traits that put him well ahead of other contractors. These traits include being extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable, reliable, courteous, etc. It has been very easy and enjoyable working with him. He also has a lot of experience in commercial construction and his knowledge of the code is unique. It would be difficult to find a more well rounded and likable contractor than Aidin. “Very very economical rates and fantastic services. I got my kitchen and bathrooms redone. Team was really cooperative through out the project plus they gave enough time to the project to satisfy me. :) I didn't have to face any sort of trouble during the project as it was done in the given time. The team at Green Planet Remodeling helped me renovate 2 bathrooms - and remedied a lot of the shoddy work that was lurking behind the wall (thanks to my crappy builder for those surprises). Good guys that were efficient and professional through the whole experience. They even provided me with a 3D Design for both of the bathrooms that another company wanted to charge me for! Easy to communicate. Highly recommend!”

“Working with Ofir and her crew was a great pleasure for us. They were very sincere and discovered a different technique to do the task, which allowed them to stay under budget. Their work was of a high caliber and was done neatly. The lines of communication were open, constant, and transparent. Professionalism was evident throughout, and agreements and reporting were crystal clear. Communication was constant. The crew did a good job of cleaning the house before leaving and showed respect for our residence and daily routine.”

“Renovation of kids' bathroom: 4 week | $20K; Layout: same House style: Tudor (5 bedrooms; 3.5 baths) Design: all new Groehl hardware with satin nickel, granite countertop, 2 undermounted Kolher sinks, Toto toilet, subway tiles in shower/bath with blue/gray grout and blue/gray floor tiles, new Panasonic LED light & fan on timer. This bathroom had the 80s decor with wall-to-wall pink tiles & matching pink fixtures & gold hardware. After 8-years of living with the eye sour, a recent toilet problem and ongoing poor ventilation, it was time to rip out the old and update. Being a management consultant, I'm juggling deadlines, costs, options and people all the time. Jesse & his team worked well with this mindset and my wishes. When we hired Jesse among the 4 we interviewed, he knew we were ready for this project when he saw all the fixtures, hardware, flooring and tiles were already waiting for him in the garage. Jesse wasn't part of my design process, but he gave great input & options when I needed to make timely decisions like tile work, venting & counter fabrication. What I enjoyed about working with Jesse was his communications & planning. He worked with all medium: text, email & phone. He & crew responded quickly. Before the project started, Jesse gave me a timeline which I incorporated into my calendar. For each week, I knew the progression and what tasks I needed to complete to keep the team moving ahead. The project was finished on time. My next project is the master bath. It's got a strange layout. We hope to incorporate a walk-in closet from our bedroom which we don't have. I look forward to working with Jesse on this one and I will definitely need his design skills.”

“Tony and his team did an excellent job . They expanded my master bedroom including the bathroom and a walk in closet. I am not the easiest customer. I had so many questions, and Tony was patient with me every step of the way. They were very thorough and competitive. They were constantly updating me and going over the process . The entire experience was great!! Always on time with a great attitude. I want to say that I worked with a few general contractors over the years and it is difficult to find a good one that actually keeps you updated. If you are looking for a good contractor, look no further! I am very satisfied!!! Thank you Tony and Nuhome! -Clement”
