“We decided to make our downstairs kitchen into a pantry/kitchen and are using The Bradburn group to make the upgrade. They have handled the relationship with the cabinet manufacturer, tiling supplier, electrician, stainless steel counter supplier etc. The guys have been respectful of our space and have been as clean as possible in a renovation situation. The subcontractors they have brought in are professional and keep us informed when unforeseen issues arise and we need to make decisions. The floor wasn't level and so we needed that handles first to ensure the tiles would be flat. The tile guys were great and exceeded our expectations on the workmanship. The cabinets are coming and we are including a cat drawer for the litter with an access hole to keep the panty area looking great. The designer has been great and deliver is a few days away and we'll do a further review for that. We would highly recommend The Bradburn Group for any kitchen renovation!”

They were quick, tidy, and excellent work was done. You would never know there was a wall between the two offices. You would never know there was a door in the main hallway of the one office. “We made an appointment with Diego at the Toronto Home Show Spring 2016. He subsequently came over and spent 3 hours with us on the first in home visit. We had a very good idea of what we wanted and in that 3 hours Diego took the care and attention to understand ALL that was required and even measured up our basement and put it into his computer complete with a 3D design rendering and estimate for work for us to consider. We agreed to the work to be done, the timelines and budget and all have been done with UTMOST QUALITY, CARE and RESPECT !!! Leo, the construction partner of Harmony is ON IT and I can't say enough about him !!! He has done a phenomenal job working with my wife and I and his trades in bringing to life what we, sort of, had in our heads and that Diego originally designed for us. “Northgate Construction has two partners/owners, Mike and Tellen. They recently did all the construction work for our new kitchen install. They have the highest level of skilled workmanship we have ever seen. They tell you the day before what time they will be there, and they are there at that time! They give you a very detailed and itemized quote. As with any project sometimes things come up that are surprises to both the homeowner and contractor. They worked with us to try and find a cost effective solution to our problem. They are very, very good at their jobs. They know how to do many many things and are excellent at all of them. They have professional associates as well available if need be. Here is an example of their quality of workmanship. The ceiling had new pot lights added and they mudded and sanded the ceiling. Before painting they didn't like the finish, and redid the areas they were concerned about, creating a flawless ceiling in the process! We never even noticed (and we are very fussy clients!), but they did!! That is the difference, highest level of quality is important to them as well. Professional, Professional and very, very Skilled! Do not hesitate to hire this awesome team!! I doubt you will find better!!”
