“Hired this company for my kitchen renovation. Daniel was very easy to work with. What I liked the most is the communication that he and his team had with me. Literally every day I’d get a text from them, explaining what was completed today and what they will be doing tomorrow. I’ve had 4 renovations done before in my other apartments, but hands down, this was the smoothest one so far. Good luck to you guys!”

“They gave me a 900 sqft 2nd floor addition with entire 1st floor alterations. This project included a kitchen, three baths, hardwood flooring, roofing, siding, windows, two decks, etc!! They also built a detached garage and took care of all my landscaping. The project was a huge success. They did what was promised and finished before the expected complete date. There price was fair and they stuck to it. There were no extra charges as the project was being done. They were on time, respectful, professional and pleasure to deal with. Everyone in their crew was excellent.”

“Built a new extension, remodeled kitchen and built a new deck. The majority of the work was of the highest quality. Organization and planning could have been better. The project took a lot longer than expected. Some situations were beyond our control while others could have been avoided through better coordination. On the whole we are very happy with the work. We broke ground in November - it's now late July and I think we have 3 - 4 more weeks of work till we are completed.”

“Big shout out to Val and his team. Reliable, honest, high communication and great skills. Complete renovation down to the studs with a massive addition, new everything! Renovations are never an easy thing but Val held our hand throughout the entire process and made our dream home a reality. So many decisions to make along the way. Val was always available to answer questions, support and guide us in the right direction... and keep us calm, LOL. It came out beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. “Allan did an amazing job with our kitchen remodeling, which included demolition, addition of a large room, changing roof lines and some major internal changes in other areas. He would personally be on the job 6 days a week, and this entire effort (from demolition to a shell being ready) was completed in less than 10 weeks. In the meantime, he had built a temporary kitchen in our basement, and sealed off the area to prevent dust pollution. Cannot recommend Allan highly enough -- his costs were very reasonable (I shopped around), his workmanship is excellent, his team is very professional, highly ethical (no hidden charges or surprises) -- I've recommended Allan to many friends, and would not hesitate to hire him again.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Warraich Associates for a new construction project on an existing foundation. The principal, Hasnain Nasir was not only passionate but he possess strong knowledge about construction and remodeling. His attention to detail and his efforts to build a great home is the best I've experience by far. He is also informed of the new technology to build Smart Homes. An excellent builder and remodeler if you're looking for one.”

“Let me first off start by stating, that I usually don't write reviews. That being said, Erna Properties deserves my time to write this review. I have been working with Dave the owner since the summer of 2016. He is extremely hands on, attentive to detail and professional. He is a man of his word, when he says he will be somewhere at a specific time, he means it. His workers show up for a full days work and leave the area clean. I'm not easy to please, I'm one of those people that like to be hands on and do multiple inspections during a project. Not only did Dave not have a problem with it, he welcomed it. His motto is; "on time, on budget and done my way (the client)" can you get better? We feel very blessed to have found him and to be working with him. I know that when we move into our new home, this building process will be the first of many fond memories to come. I know that spending your hard earned money is a big deal and choosing the right contractor is essential for peace of mind. Dave and his company realize that too, they will treat you like family and respect your time and money as if it were their own. I can't recommend them highly enough. You won't be sorry when you hire them.”
