“our project had many unusual challenges that Duane and his group handled without any problems. They stayed to the architects drawings and were very particular with there work. The sub contractors that they utilized were all very competent and professional, The ease to which we worked with them was very refreshing. Any items that we felt needed attention were quicky resolved. we are very pleased with the final product and would recommend them”

The first project was a bathroom remodel. I have an older home, and Sean took special care to make this newly remodeled space tie in with the existing home's architectural detail. The project was quick, and clean, and my wife and I joke about how our bathroom is the nicest room in our home. The second project Sean Patrick Builders worked on for me was the complete renovation of two apartment buildings. The project was finished before the deadline, and under budget!
