“We have so much to say about our experience with Windward Construction, especially after hearing from friends about their experiences with other local builders. We had been warned to watch out for cost-cutting and corner-cutting, for delays, and for lots of problems. I am so happy to say that our experience couldn’t have been more different. The home had already been built when I purchased it and after looking at many other new and older homes, I found this home to be unique and with a very good attention to detail. “A water leak in the kitchen wall resulted in mildew damage to our cabinets. GH3 was retained to work with the mildew remediator to dissemble to cabinets, open the wall for leak repair. Some of the cabintes needed to be rebuilt. This took place in our winter home in FL while we were 1500 miles away in the NE. These guys are professionals, high quality, and responsive to our needs. Kept us informed every step of the way by e-mail and phone and also worked with our insurance company on the claim. We would recommend them highly.”
