“This company was helpful from start to finish. Very knowledgeable but willing to try a new flooring product in a new way. Job looks fantastic and was finished in a timely manner, and of course was brought in under budget which is always wonderful. Mr Kelly, Linda, Clarence, Paul and James were all especially helpful. This was a two part job remodel the kitchen and repair and upgrading of basement damaged in 2014 flooding my area endured.”

“I have had Sean Patrick Builders complete several projects for me. Every time I am blown away by the professionalism, punctuality, cleanliness, and overall product that Sean delivers. The first project was a bathroom remodel. I have an older home, and Sean took special care to make this newly remodeled space tie in with the existing home's architectural detail. The project was quick, and clean, and my wife and I joke about how our bathroom is the nicest room in our home. The second project Sean Patrick Builders worked on for me was the complete renovation of two apartment buildings. The project was finished before the deadline, and under budget! I couldn't be happier with the results.”

“our project had many unusual challenges that Duane and his group handled without any problems. They stayed to the architects drawings and were very particular with there work. The sub contractors that they utilized were all very competent and professional, The ease to which we worked with them was very refreshing. Any items that we felt needed attention were quicky resolved. we are very pleased with the final product and would recommend them”

“Steve and his team renovated our kitchen and two bathrooms. They are very professional (and pleasant/nice) and Steve pays great attention to detail. He helped me with design suggestions or linked me to his suppliers to help me with choices. The finished project is awesome -we are very pleased. Best kitchen this house could have and master bathroom is so nice our college kids refuse to use their own! Hughly recommend Bredernitz Professional Services.”
