“Renowned renovations has done an excellent job installing sliding doors, replacing subfloor and tiling at slider and it looks awesome. Dakota has also built stairs leading into garage and replaced outdoor lantern lights at all doors and on each side of garage . He has installed a storm door in front entrance and is currently building out stairs at the front door for my mom which will be an added safety for her. I highly recommend this company for home renovations which Dakota is the owner. He is polite, trustworthy and just does a wonderful job.”

“I hired Vetter Builders to build an addition on our house. Thomas Vetter, a master carpenter was so easy to work with. He really knew what he was doing. I had complete confidence in his workmanship. He is a reliable and honest man. He was always watching out for our bottom line and looking for ways to save us money. He and his son framed the house, installed doors, windows and siding. I was completely satisfied with his work. He has done a lot of work for some of our friends also who recommended him to us. You are in good hands with this man.”

“I've used Gibson Home Services several times over the past few years and have always been impressed with their professionalism and happy with the results. The owner, Josh Gibson, personally comes out to meet with the homeowner, review the work which needs to be done, and offer options. I love that he always offers options on materials, not just high vs low, but also the benefits of each option. Within a day or two of your appointment he emails you a written estimate which includes the cost of supplies, materials, labor, and the amount of time to complete the job. While there's always the caveat that if they start the job and run into problems the price could escalate, I've never had this happen and they're always able to do the work for the quoted price. Only once did I use a different local company and I regretted it (the other company flat out refused to provide me with a quote then charged me an insane price for a small job and refused to provide an itemized materials list). Needless to say I learned my lesson and now Gibson Home Services is the only home repair company I use. They're based in Warrenton, VA but service all of Northern Virginia (Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington, Alexandria, Prince William, etc).”
