While their price came in a little higher the some of our other quotes, it was an easy decision to make for my wife and myself. “Patricio was an amazing contractor to work with. We did a full house renovation this past summer. one Kitchen, two bathrooms, Engineering Floor in the whole house, Interior Garage Floor and exterior interlocking, wood deck in the backyard plus many other details and spaces. Patricio and his crew were courteous, kept us informed about options and pricing, provided creative solutions to maintain us in budget and kept to the timeline for the job. From start to finish they listened to our concerns and were right in line with the look and design of the new spaces we wanted. The price was right and I feel we got a lot more than any other company would have done. This was no a small job with multiple unforeseeable issues that were resolved by Patricio to the last detail providing my family with peace of mind on all the options we choose. This is clearly a company that has integrity in their work and cares about their customers needs, something that is difficult to find these days . “We were looking for a contractor for my house in north York ON and I got a recommendation from a friend of mine who hired meraki home services before and they were very satisfied. But I was not sure so I kept looking for others but I encountered this company from on line as well. So I thought we are meant be and hired. Jumping to conclusion we are very happy with his work through out my entire house. We spent like almost 150 k and I love his quality work. He was honest and very proud of his work. We did a long opening removing structural wall in kitchen and his architectural study background got us a lot of knowledge of load bearing walls. We did proper renovation. I strongly recommend this company meraki home services. Enoch Kim is the one of the best guy in Toronto contractors”
