“I have used Cove Creek Construction for two projects at my 30 year old mountain cottage. The largest involved shoring up the attached porch, requiring various metal devices at beam joists, jacking up the porch and installing a new post with base and cap under a beam joint. The second project involved cutting two trap doors for access to the septic system below the guest cabin behind the main structure. “We live in an older historic home. Sam came and worked on our home using delicate care to make the changes and alterations we requested., keeping the historic value of the houuse intact. What I probably like the best was he finished the job completely ( not having to come back to do something small that was overlooked) AND he cleaned his work site not leaving a mess. My wife and I are 1000% pleased with his professionalism and have recommended him to several of our friends.”
