“Our house expansion/renovation is still ongoing....target completion is January of 2018. We are transforming our 2800 s.f. lake house into a 5600 s.f. dream home plus a large, 3 car, attached garage. We have found Outdoor Building Concepts (OBC) a fantastic company to work with. Before starting this project we went back and forth with them for over a year (planned) and found them very accommodating. What sold us was the fact that when we went to look at some of their other additions they looked like they were part of the original house. We have made some minor changes along the way and they are more than happy to accommodate our requests...many times without changing (increasing) the budget. We are the type of people who liked to be involved in all aspects of our project and OBC seems to welcome this. We look forward to the completion of our dream house and will no doubt have OBC at some of our open houses to take a bow.”

“I have used Price Builders twice- once Jan 2021 for wood rot repair under portion of siding on a screened porch. Also had porch rescreened by Price Builders. Second time was just the beginning of Jan. 2022 for rebuilding /repairing my 10x23 ft deck. Mr. Price, Billy, is awesome. Any work he does is by code. Reliable, prompt, returns phone calls, answers questions and gives reasonable estimates based on his knowledge & skills. If I suddenly had a windfall of money, I'd be hiring him for my wish list of projects-such as a utility room and additional bedroom/bath. He's my go-to guy!”

“In 2019, we had serious water damage to the deck of our waterfront property at Colonial Beach. While reviewing many proposals and diagnostics from different contractors, we also found True Blue of Fredericksburg via Houzz. The owner of True Blue - Gilles - came out to examine the damage with his team and listened to many concerns we had after years of living and maintaining this waterfront property. The solution from True Blue addressed many aspects of our concerns and also gave us the comfort that True Blue would back up their work to build a long term relationship. The work was done professionally and on time as promised. Gilles came back and inspected the completed work himself and addressed all the questions we had on the products his team had used. In May of 2020, True Blue of Fredericksburg also fixed a roof damage due to storm at the same property. Amid the COVID 19 concern, we did not have to meet the team at all. The work was done carefully and the entire roof was inspected and repaired as needed for the never ending challenge of nature. We would strongly recommend True Blue of Fredericksburg for a trusted and complete solution to all types of property repair and maintenance needs. Thank you for the well done works on our property.”
