“We are currently working with DDS on a significant exterior project that includes; roof, siding, masonry, and landscape design and we could not be happier with the services that are being provided! The attention to detail and professionalism is unparalleled. We have had several contractors provide us estimates and simply hand us a catalog to select materials with no guidance whatsoever. Edwin approached the project from an artistic point of view and was able to provide us with an image of what the house would look like upon completion which literally took all of the guess work out of the equation. Their team of contractors are very mild mannered and approachable and take the extra time each day to clean up and leave the work area spotless. We are beyond thrilled that we chose DDS for this project and look forward to our house being the envy of the block upon completion!”

“Paul and his crew did an outstanding job with my patio. I Have an old Nassau brick patio that was definitely in need of some attention, and there was also a garden area that was seeping water into my basement. I shopped around and got a few quotes only to have other contractors try and tell me the whole patio would have to be ripped up and new brick put down. My wife and I really wanted to keep the home looking rustic. Paul was able to come in and reuse some of my existing Nassau brick, take care of my water problem and make the patio look original to the house. Paul and his crew were very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend him for any masonry job new or old, and his price was right on also. No over charging or unexpected costs.”

“Complete roof and siding redone. stone work to replace brick on front and driveway light piers. Replaced and trimmed out 16 windows and installed sliding doors on deck. very customer focused and stayed on time and budget. each part of job had an informed foreman in charge who was knowledgeable and helpful.”

“My husband & I hired Premier to build us a new front porch on our home in Wantagh. Premier took care of the design work, architectural drawings, paperwork with the town and the whole construction. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. My husband and I aren't the most experienced with how construction works so we really relied on them to handle the entire process. “John from Loridon was our last bid. From the moment he looked at our plans we knew he was the one for the job. We had total confidence! It was just like the Line- save the best for last! It was a total transformation . We made a contemporary home totally traditional. All his workers were great. We felt like it was white glove service. We also were tarped for 10 days with monsoon rains. But John handled it all perfectly. Him and his team are all extremely talented. Not only did they build us a beautiful home but their detail with azek is beautiful! We are just about to rip out our existing sidewalls on the inside staircase and add a railing and moldings and because it Loridon we have total confidence. We would have total confidence to recommend them for any size job - because it will be aggravation free! Also- John has Diana who is the go to person for all your needs. She is amazing and a real take charge person! We couldn't have been happier with the workmanship and all the workers! My husband was expecting this construction to be a nitemare and it was just the opposite! It was a grea experience Again ... we couldn't be happier! Again- we owe it all to John from Loridon planning and design!”

“Fortitude Contracting replaced my roof. Bill delivered everything he promised. The men began work promptly at 8:00 AM. It was a cold and windy day, but the men continued working until the job was completed. They left my property free of debris. You never would have known that I had two layers of roofing ripped off. Bill's assistant, Kelly, was pleasant and promptly responded to my questions. If she didn't know the answer, she found out and got back to me quickly. I would highly recommend this company and I'm not easy to please!!”

“Fred Lappe has been doing work for me for more than 10 years. he is honest, reliable, and above all the job gets done properly. No job is too small and no job too big. When my landscaper phoned me regards the tree that fell on my house during a storm. It created a hole in the roof and siding. I called Fred. He and his guys got the place buttoned up and covered that day. He then fixed everything including negotiating with the insurance company.”

“Joe and his team have done several projects in my home. They treat my home like theirs and are always meticulous and clean. For our last project, Joe's team worked closely with me to make sure my requirements were met. We were building an accent wall in the master bedroom. The wall was horizontal wood planks painted to look like white driftwood. We were working with different color samples and they gave me time to evaluate the samples they made before moving forward to the next phase. They were very patient with my challenging weekend schedule. The final product was not only beautiful but amazing. Great job !”
