“Pedro and his team removed a 50 year old faux ceiling in the guest room in my century old bungalow, added furring strips and installed new drywall. Then... they mudded and painted the new ceiling and installed a new ceiling fan for me... in about 36 hours so that my guest room was ready for guest prior to the Indianapolis 500. Quick, flawless execution--at a very reasonable price. I was impressed and so happy with the result, I invited them back to paint the interior of the small house with the same result. They did a great job. I would have them back again and again! :)”

“I have used Todd/TT Renovations for 3 previous renovations since 2010 (finishing the basement, adding mudroom and full bath, and kitchen renovation) I am now undertaking the 4th, renovating the main upstairs bath and adding a master bath and closet. Todd is always professional, and the same is true for his employees and even subs. The quality of the work is excellent, and the jobs are done on time, and very close to budget. “The bathroom remodel project was a collaborative effort involving Jeremy Littel of Revive Urban and my wife and me. We designed the remodel, and selected and purchased most of the materials with the review and guidance of Jeremy. Jeremy was always responsive and communicative, and it was clear that he was very intent on making us satisfied customers. We were quite fussy about the installation of all the various components and Jeremy certainly met our expectations. The project included new floor tile, medicine cabinets inserted into the wall with surrounding deco tile, custom floating vanity with quartz top, new toilet with Toto seat and an enlarged and rebuilt shower with shelving inserted into the wall, frameless glass shower doors, completely retiled walls, ceiling and floor, a vertical deco wall and ceiling stripe and an all new shower control system with diverter and wand. New paint as well of course. The estimate for his services was on target. Total project cost was about $20,000 Overall, things went great. We were flexible relative to time of completion as we wanted to make sure there was adequate time for workmanship of the highest quality. Start date was on time. There was daily communication and review. A few things caused some initial installation difficulty, such as hooking up the toilet seat and water feed system and the lighting system, but were immediately resolved. We are extremely pleased with the results and will use Jeremy again when we redo our kitchen.”
