“In 2018 after mold remediation, I hired Mr. DeLaTorre to rebuild a 5x7 closet replacing the flooring, insulation, drywall and ceiling, and to put in new windows in the front dining room which involved the removal of the original windows, drywall, outside brick and the reframing for the new configuration, insulation, drywall, electrical, molding and new brick veneer. Other work in my home included repair of drywall/cracks and painting. Mr. DeLaTorre submitted a detailed Scope of Work with costs that were very reasonable.
