“I thought that finding an honest contractor who follows through with what they promise would be impossible but decided to take the chance with Essential and finally do my first renovation. I was very nervous at first but the contractor Peter was extremely patient and was with me every step of the way. His team which included a talented designer put together a picture perfect kitchen, powder bathroom and master bedroom bathroom. I was blown away by the attention to detail and if you’re looking for a wonderful experience limiting your stress level for such a major project then Peter and his team are a great fit.”

Literally every day I’d get a text from them, explaining what was completed today and what they will be doing tomorrow. I was recovering from knee surgery and he could not have been more responsive - working around my need to get in and out of the house and leaving me a pathway... while he laid new foundation and marble tiles for the entry way- He went out of his way to rebuy and install models that could not be saved - he was GREAT!”

“We have used Wilson from Justino Contracting on many occasions over the last 10 years. Most recently Justino Contracting did a major renovation on a Mid Century home. The project was a gut renovation, and required a lot of common sense as it was not new construction and we wanted to to retain the feel and vibe of the original bones. This latest project never would never have been completed in such a timely fashion without Wilson's vast knowledge and resources. Yes, i would use Justino Contracting again and would recommend them as highly as allowed!”

“We hired HAP Construction for a complete renovation of my apartment. From start, to finish both Eli and the team was always honest with what could and could not be done. They are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They were always readily available and responsive to any questions or change requests. I received detailed status updates along with pictures as the work progressed. They are the real deal, prompt, professional, and honest. I would highly recommend them for any renovations needed in your home.”
