“Complete roof and siding redone. stone work to replace brick on front and driveway light piers. Replaced and trimmed out 16 windows and installed sliding doors on deck. very customer focused and stayed on time and budget. each part of job had an informed foreman in charge who was knowledgeable and helpful.”

“We hired HAP Construction for a complete renovation of my apartment. From start, to finish both Eli and the team was always honest with what could and could not be done. They are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They were always readily available and responsive to any questions or change requests. I received detailed status updates along with pictures as the work progressed. They are the real deal, prompt, professional, and honest. I would highly recommend them for any renovations needed in your home.”

Thank you for your amazing patience, perseverance, creativity and ability to manage challenges and changes all along the way. You did with grace and professionalism that is seldom exhibited in these fast- paced busy lives we all have. Please proud of the work you have accomplished and the way you have made our family feel in our home and what you have given to us for now and into the future. We are eternally thankful! “I really can't say enough good things about Sound Harbor Development . They had built my house and the last thing to do was the basement which has just been finished . The millwork is so beautiful and the custom media room , laundry room , office, bathroom and rec room plus lots of great storage space which maximises every inch of space with great innovative idea's and this is just the basement which is just a continuation of the amazing design and millwork throughout the house . The contractor is a well renowned builder but such a personable person who's vision far exceeded my wildest expectations .I would highly recommend this to anyone ! if your lucky enough to get them .”

“Let me first off start by stating, that I usually don't write reviews. That being said, Erna Properties deserves my time to write this review. I have been working with Dave the owner since the summer of 2016. He is extremely hands on, attentive to detail and professional. He is a man of his word, when he says he will be somewhere at a specific time, he means it. His workers show up for a full days work and leave the area clean. I'm not easy to please, I'm one of those people that like to be hands on and do multiple inspections during a project. Not only did Dave not have a problem with it, he welcomed it. His motto is; "on time, on budget and done my way (the client)" can you get better? We feel very blessed to have found him and to be working with him. I know that when we move into our new home, this building process will be the first of many fond memories to come. I know that spending your hard earned money is a big deal and choosing the right contractor is essential for peace of mind. Dave and his company realize that too, they will treat you like family and respect your time and money as if it were their own. I can't recommend them highly enough. You won't be sorry when you hire them.”

“We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“A R Home Construction was awesome. I was so nervous hiring someone I really didn’t know for such a big job. My first meeting with Tommy put me at ease I was sent a full estimate within 24 hours of meeting him. It was also a pleasure to deal with everybody in the A&R team they were all professional and courteous. The start date and the completion date for the project were right on target not many contractors can say that. I was also very impressed by Tommy‘s attention to detail and style he was instrumental in many of the decisions made on this project when it came to tiles and fixtures not only did he make suggestions but he actually accompanied me to retail stores to help make choices. I can honestly say that my house looks like something out of a showroom I feel A&R has exceeded my expectations in this project.”

“We have had two of our homes expanded and renovated by DiCosimo. They did outstanding work and very reasonable prices. In addition his people have been with him for a long time i.e. no short termers or newbies on his team. Also after the work is done, incidentally on-time and budget, he will always come back to deal with questions or problems of any kind - even years later. Bottom line is that we consider him to be "our contractor" and will always use him.”
