“Concierge came to the rescue after our roof was damaged in a severe storm. They came the same day and were tarping our roof until 9pm in high winds making sure things were buttoned up - avoiding any real water damage. They came a few days later and replaced sections of shingles and trim. We’re prompt with communication estimates etc throughout, pricing was competitive. Work was impeccable, left the work site clean every day. To top it off the owners Dominic and PJ couldn’t be nicer and they are hustlers (work ethic I mean). Hope to do more projects with them in the future!”

“Provost Landscaping has been taking care of our lawn, shrubs, sprinkler system since our previous company closed. They fixed our sprinkler system which had been a huge problem for many years and planted arborvitae against our back fence along with much beds and it’s own sprinkler system.”

“I would like to highly recommend Alpha Smart Builders and specially Deliandro Cruz, We work with Deliandro for the last 5 years, first he helped us renovate our house, few years later build a new kitchen and turn our "old" house to a modern amazing place. He is very reliable, professional and a person you can count on for the long run. He will always be available and creative and try to solve and suggest price appropriate options that can fit your budget. We renovate our kitchen and chose some very tricky non obvious arrangement, Deliandro worked with us closely never give up and the results are amazing!!”

“Paddy and his team were a pleasure to work with. We met under less than ideal circumstances, when the prior architect on a complex townhouse renovation project suddenly closed their doors shortly after demolition, but the team worked hard to ease the transition and keep the project running smoothly. Their attention to detail, both technical and aesthetic, was critical to the success of the project. This project was a deep energy retrofit with Passive House detailing and Paddy brought a great deal of technical knowledge to the table and was a real on-the-ground problem solver. I would happily work with this team again.”

“Michael Morse is an outstanding contractor and has marvelous, tremendously skilled craftsman working with him. We hired him to gut renovate two bathrooms. He handled all the basics flawlessly, but came up with lots of great ideas -- things like raising the bathroom ceilings and adding underfloor heating, which hadn't crossed our minds. I'd recommend his to anyone and everyone. He's simply terrific and charges a fair price.”

“SLA construction installed a beautiful treck deck with white railings. They worked quickly and tirelessly, even on Sundays to complete the work. They also were creative when trying to come up with cost effective ways to replace a very old storm door.”
