“I promise once you invite Regina "Gina" Pace into your home she will also become a part of your heart! Gina is the first contractor we have ever had the opportunity/pleasure to work with and unfortunately for her she will be the last. She is hired for projects we haven't started yet. Not only is she budget friendly she makes sure you get what you want. I would happily recommend Gina to anyone looking to remodel a home and am looking forward to working with her in my home again. “I have lived in Fayette County for 21 years. I had heard continued praises for American Eagle. 15 years ago, I had them build a detached garage. I described what I was thinking, they drew it on paper and it was exactly what I had in my head. We had a drainage problem (caused from the original bullder). Garry Heget created a solution and came by the house multiple times months later (when it finally rained) to make sure it was working. They were a little higher than my lowest bidder, but I knew their customer service was worth every penny. I am about to gut and redo the master bathroom. I will be calling American Eagle!”

“My Husband and I hired GC to do some work on our Rental Property. From the previous tenants the house was left a wreck. They had animals and allowed their dogs to tear holes in the sheet rock, tore cabinets off the walls, and left the plumbing in an unreasonable manner. We hired GC because we were told about the company from a friend who bragged on them and their performance. They came in and made the place look brand new. They opened up the floor plan for us and what we were most satisfied with is they fixed the plumbing!! I recommend them for any project from here on out.”

“This company was amazing during the process of building my home. I had many questions and felt like I was always bothering them but Jennifer Blomquist answered them and assured me she didn't mind the questions. I have been in my home for many years now and so many friends have said what a great house and how well built it is. I hate that 1 bad seed has spread so many false information about this team. They build an amazing well built home and when I am ready to move I wouldn't have anyone else build it but them. Just remember if you are only seeing 1 bad review in all of the years she has been building it must make you think this has to be the person not the company. I am a realtor and I can tell you I have seen what other builders put out there and nothing compares to her homes.”

“It was a pleasure working with Estate Solutions, on finishing our basement. We were impressed from day one on the pace they moved. The project completed early despite the set backs of Covid-19. They prepared early for the virus by buying the remaining materials for the project. The workers were great at practicing social distancing and watching local guidelines. I'm grateful to have worked with a contractor that quickly responses to questions and concerns. When a concern did come up, they were addressed immediately. The general contractor consistently checked the work of subcontractors (throughout the day and periodically at the end of various workdays). Estate Solutions was very informative throughout the process and made very clear the pros and cons of our decisions, ensuring we were satisfied customers.”

“Mark has completed several small and large home improvement projects for me. The last two larger projects were to remodel the master bedroom closet with shelves, drawers and hanging spaces. The closet is about 6' by 15'. Mark handled the job from start to finish - removing old shelving, painting and constructing new cabinets. He added some nice finishing touches to give the room a very customized professional finish. Mark also remodeled the laundry room removing old shelving and installing wall to wall cabinets and shelf. I have been very satisfied with Mark's willingness to do small projects - hang drapes, lighting fixtures, patch holes in the wall, etc. All his work has been done with great care, expertise and professionalism.”
