“I highly recommend Venteicher Renovations! Raelene and Joe helped us create the home of our dreams! They have an amazing eye for detail and ensured our project was well organized and went smoothly. There was one cabinet stain color that didn’t turn out exactly as I wanted and they were kind enough to get them repaired after we wrapped up the project- that is unheard of in the world of renovations and contractors!! Joe and Raelene are very caring, honest, responsive and professional- we had a great experience with them! Raelene is also a designer with amazing taste, I found her expertise and recommendations invaluable during our build process. Before meeting them, I worked with a designer to create renders of what I wanted, and they executed everything perfectly! I am including some pictures below of the renders and final outcomes. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and couldn’t recommend Venteicher Renovations enough!”

“Roni and his team did a full renovation in one of my rental properties and their quality and attention to detail is outstanding. Being in the RE business I have worked with several contractors and there's no bigger truth in this industry than the saying that goes " you get what you've paid for" . Roni and his team are very professional and courteous. He's very accurate in his estimation of completion of project and will always communicate with you along the way if there's any challenges. Roni also is excellent when it comes to design and room layout. They finished the job and left the property very clean and tidy. I had 25 applications for this rental property and will definitely use his services again fro my next project.”
