“We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“Built a new extension, remodeled kitchen and built a new deck. The majority of the work was of the highest quality. Organization and planning could have been better. The project took a lot longer than expected. Some situations were beyond our control while others could have been avoided through better coordination. On the whole we are very happy with the work. We broke ground in November - it's now late July and I think we have 3 - 4 more weeks of work till we are completed.”

“They gave me a 900 sqft 2nd floor addition with entire 1st floor alterations. This project included a kitchen, three baths, hardwood flooring, roofing, siding, windows, two decks, etc!! They also built a detached garage and took care of all my landscaping. The project was a huge success. They did what was promised and finished before the expected complete date. There price was fair and they stuck to it. There were no extra charges as the project was being done. They were on time, respectful, professional and pleasure to deal with. Everyone in their crew was excellent.”

“We have had Larry so three jobs at our home now to include a porch remodel, window replacements, and entry/foyer remodel. His attention to detail is impeccable! On each project he has worked closely with us to get the design we wanted and he has incredible vision and ideas. He always completed the work on schedule and the end results are amazing!! “Dino installed our kitchen cabinets with perfect precision and detail. He built our island beautifully like a piece of furniture. He sat with us through the entire kitchen design to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that all designs made sense with functionality and fit. He often followed up with vendors to ensure we got what we paid for and received the best finished product. Dino was a great liaison for us to source the right products and subcontractors, we are not in the construction business and this was our first home and renovation. He spent all the time we needed with us and we never felt rushed. He completed our project down to last detail before moving onto his next job. We felt we could then and still can call him anytime with questions.”
