“I am in the process of selling my home and had the house inspected. The inspector went underneath the crawl space and found major water damage to the floor joists, sill plate and subfloor. The kitchen and laundry room had areas that were lower than other parts of the flooring. He could not find an active leak but obviously there was water coming from somewhere to cause all that damage and rotten wood. I hired a plumber to see if he could fix the leak; lo and behold, he told me that he could not find an active leak but did stated that there was moisture and water damage. My real estate agent recommended Jon and WOW! HE FOUND THE SITE OF THE LEAK!!! He got to work right away, going underneath the house, repairing and replacing everything, including installing in brand new beautiful tiled floors. I am so happy with how everything turned out. He showed up every day on time and got to work. I am thrilled to have found someone who is honest and reliable; not to mention his prices are very reasonable. Hire him, you will not regret it!!!”
