“HP Construction has done 6 major projects on our house: remodeling/expanding a kitchen, remodeling 2 bathrooms, demolition of a carport and construction of a garage and entryway, demolition and reconstruction of an old and distinctive porch, removal/replacement of siding and 2 window replacements. We first used the company in 2002 for the kitchen and were so pleased that we have gone to them first for every subsequent job on our house. The house is over 100 years old and needs someone familiar with the challenges involved and a willingness to help preserve its original architectural features. This company has done an excellent job in both areas. They have always adhered well to the original estimate and done outstanding work with employees that are not only highly skilled, but also polite and respectful of what it means to be working in one's home. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any kind of project.”

“VERY IMPRESSED!!!! with this House Doctor Pros and their 2 employees I've interacted with so far. Julio came over first & gave me a great overview regarding air quality options, then he came out to do a full diagnostic visit of our furnace & AC systems - he provided an extremely thorough & professional explanation of the status of my equipment in the house I recently bought and also explained my repair vs replace options/recommendations. “We hired DeBoer and Saxsma for a full first floor remodel this summer. They could not have been more patient, professional, or great to work with. The finished product is beautiful. Beyond that, they were communicative during the process, gave us a timeline of when they would be completing different aspects of the renovation (and stuck to it!), and went above and beyond to make our home beautiful. We will be hiring them again for other projects in around the house in our little fixer-upper!”

“Matt Rosenthal is the owner/ General Contractor for RMR. He did a total kitchen remodel, demolition, new cabinets, counter tops, new electrical and larger window for us within the projected time quoted, which was 3 weeks. What amazed us about Matt is how organized he was, He had each one of his crew scheduled to arrive at just the right time from the demolition engineer to the painter and tile guy, so we saw progress everyday. Matt meanwhile installed a bigger window in our kitchen so we can look out to our garden, he had to move plumbing to do it. My husband and I are semi-retired so we were around all the time and though honestly it can be very difficult to have someone around all day, it was so much better than imagined. Another thing that impressed us is the relationship he had with each one of his crews, mutual respect, they were here when he scheduled them and very considerate of us, the homeowners.
