“I contracted Coastline to replace most of the siding on my house. They did the new rain screen and installed corrugated steel siding. They did an excellent job and the crew where a good bunch to work with. Only complaint is that the job took significantly longer than scheduled. It was on budget. I would work with them again.”

“Drew Klinck (TOTL) was a pleasure to work with on our major home renovation of our 50 yr old house (downstairs completely renovated plus a section pushed out in the backyard so our married daughter & family could move in after being renovicted). He listens to what you want, goes over different choices, got us in touch with a house designer so we could start our project and overall very patient with "newbes" needing major house renos and he provides a detailed written quote based on what we wanted done. The tradespeople he uses are excellent, do quality work, are polite, on time, and, like Drew, pleasant to deal with. Note: Drew had renovated our kitchen several years ago so we knew that he had a high standard of workmanship and would make sure the finished product would be up to his high standard. Word of advice for anyone doing a major reno: count on the end cost and the completion date as being 50% more than you figure as you will add different things to be done as you go along, as well as supply chain issues (we started in Feb22-ended May 23), shortage of materials & tradespeople, constantly rising prices, strikes, various municipal fees & inspector delays (sick/too busy etc) Despite all these "negatives" would we do it again? You betcha! Our daughter & family now have a secure home they are proud of and they & their children can now get on with their lives without worrying whether they will have a roof over their heads tomorrow.”
