“This is the second remodel project we have done with USI Remodeling. Our master bath and bedroom project went so well and the results were so overwhelming, there was no decision in who we were going to use for our kitchen. Chris and Gordon are great listeners. They listen first and present recommendations after carefully considering several options, and their recommendations always hit the mark. Our kitchen was in need of a serious facelift and improvement to functionality. The final product is warm and inviting, modern functionality with a traditional look. It is the central meeting place in our house and everyone compliments us on its breathtaking design and flawless attention to detail. We recommend USI to everyone, and will continue to use them on all of our remodeling needs. I sum up Chris and Gordon this way, "Chris and Gordon are promise keepers."”

“Complete kitchen remodel. Removal of a wall for a more open concept. New custom hickory cabinets, quartz countertops, fabulous glass backsplash, top of the line appliances, modern/contemporary style. Stringer Construction and Design was very professional, knowledgeable, and completed the project in a timely manner and within our budget!”

“Project in August 2013: Complete remodel of bathroom. Removed tub and enclosure. Built walk-in shower. Removed corner linen closet to free up more countertop space. Relocated plumbing and vent stack, to increase shower space, requiring trenching in foundation. Result:“I was impressed by the attention to detail and quality of work that was exhibited. I was able to provide timely input on small, but important design decisions that always come up during remodel projects. The crew arrived on time, when scheduled, and maintained a very clean work area. There was a high degree of continuity among crew. As a result, we really love the final result, and will kick off another project next year.””

“Whatever you need, Robert is ON IT. On time, on budget, beautiful work, and he WRANGLES WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY so you don't have to. We hired Kodiak to stain our pool deck (at the recommendation of the local Sherwin Williams). Robert took one look at our roof and said, "You've got a lot of hail damage, see?" then showed us pics of the dings and dents we'd failed to notice. He met with the insurance adjuster a few days later and within a week we had a brand new roof. I then hired him to repair and seal our driveway. He powerwashed it THREE TIMES before putting the sealer on. A contractor with a conscience!”

Communication, timeliness and skill set are important when choosing a contractor. The Fin Home team meets all these needs. Erik is current on latest trends and helped fulfill my vision. His team has always been prompt, respectful and courteous. Each day, the crew arrived on time, cleaned up daily and communicated accomplishments as well as pending tasks. “Eric is a very unique contractor. He is the kind of guy you want to have dinner with after the job is complete. He is very budget conscious, pays attention to time frame and all the many details that go into a remodel. His crew is very tidy and very respectful of your space. They understand having contractors and subs in your house is very invasive. They do all they can to clean up and finish the job on time. Very nice company!”

“Hawkins Siding and Exteriors did an amazing transformation on the exterior of my house. I had a ton of vinyl siding that we replaced with cement board, and that's were the project started. Not only did my siding need replaced, they found out my roof was in very bad shape as well. What could have been a two separate projects, ended up being one whole project. Damon was very pleasant to work with and did a great job staying on top of the job until it was completed. He went above and beyond to help in dealing with my insurance company and making sure the job was done to his and my expectations. If issues arose, he was quick to fix. I would highly recommend using them, and I have already referred them to other people. Thanks for getting my house updated and looking great. I get compliments all the time from the neighborhood.”

We received a prompt proposal that was right in line with our vision. The construction portion to the final walkthrough/execution of punch outs went very smoothly as well.
