“We called around and got several estimates as this was our first time ever having a remodel done. We probably asked more questions than most people but Ryan was super helpful and made sure we understood everything and were comfortable. We were sold with Earthwood's history and previous work! We had them come in and redo our kitchen and I couldn't be any happier with the work they did. From start to finish they went the extra mile and made sure that we knew what was going on at every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company to anybody thinking about remodeling their home.”

“Upgrades to basement wet bar area were exceptional - a real treat to see. Great aesthetic blend of weathered iron trimming around wine racks in a Tuscan motif. Really liked the use of stone throughout the wet bar area. Definitely recommend to anyone to take a tour before building their own.”

Josh went the extra mile by sending photo/video updates regularly, helping us weigh countless decisions, and keeping the project moving. Josh does quality work and uses subs who share his commitment to quality. When the inevitable small issues arose after we had moved in, Josh was there quickly to help us find solutions and, where needed, get subs back out to make things right. “We hired Rob based on a recommendation from a neighbor, who had previously used him. We hired him to completely renovate one of the bathrooms in our house. He did an excellent job and finished on time. He always made sure the work space was kept tidy. His price was also very reasonable and well below another quote we received. We would definitely hire him again.”

“Owner, Lain, superintendent, Mat, and office manager/interior designer, Kim, offer the utmost professionalism and decorum, and they hire skilled professionals who show the same courtesy. They added an apartment on the first floor of our home, so that my father-in-law could live with us. So, the kitchen had to be removed, and it became an open space adjacent to our new dining room. A brand new kitchen was added on to the back of our house, and they also built a new sun room next to it. We now have an open kitchen and dining room, which is very appealing. Our old dining room became my father-in-law's new bedroom, which is right next to his sun room/sitting room. Since we added hardwood floors with the new addition, the builder had to stain the old floors to match the new, darker ones. We also had them remove the carpet on the stairs and put hardwood with white stringers on them. New white, pedestals and spindles were added to update the look. Fresh paint, new appliances, trim, lighting, electrical and a bench for snow boots completed the project. Solid Rock Custom Homes made our house into a home, and we couldn't be happier!”

“Provides excellent customer service ~ definitely in the 'A' grade with workmanship, as well as cost. Was new to home remodeling process and did a great job designing new space. Wish we would have understand contract more but that was an area of learning on our end as customers. The contracted businesses by KHI were respectful and diligent in their work, getting done in timely manner and of high quality.”
