The crew displayed the utmost professionalism, and anytime a decision needed to be made or a question came up, Ian and his crew were there to provide guidance and asked the right questions to find out what was going to work best for us. They did the job on time and on budget and the finished product is great.”

He kept a tight timeframe AND would do mid project quality walk throughs To make sure everything was to my liking. He even found and corrected stuff I didn’t even see. “Our portico tear down and new portico construction by On the Sport Home Improvement came out beautiful. Mike, Eli, and Ray were very courteous, helpful and efficient. The crew worked everyday, rain or shine, and always stopped to check with us how the project was going before moving on to the next phase. Ray was meticulous and always cleaned up the yard every day. The project did not pass inspection due to the lighting fixture not being up (our fault because it did not arrive in the mail yet) and some mortar work needed. Even though we paid the full balance before the final inspection, On the Spot came back the very next day to make the repairs and install the light fixtures and the inspection passed. I would recommend On the Spot to everyone.”

“Great work and great customer service! We put new hardwood floors throughout our house, with the exception of the bedrooms and bathrooms, and the team got it done in no time. The work included two staircases and the demolition of tile, and they were still done in less than a week. It looks like a completely different house with the updates and we couldn't be happier.
