“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“We contracted with James to put is a new floor in our kitchen, family room and entry way. He did such a great job we had him put a new floor in the bar area and completely redo the stairway. After seeing the quality of his work we introduced him to our son and he did a complete remodel of his kitchen. We then brought him back to our house and had him do a complete remodel of our master bedroom bath room. And, lastly, we had him do a remodel of our kitchen. Our bathroom, our kitchen and our son’s kitchen were complete remodels. He removed everything down to the wall studs. We also relied heavily on him for design and decorating. He has an amazing eye for these things. James is a perfectionist and a true craftsman. His integrity is beyond reproach. I cannot recommend him highly enough.”

“Arndt Construction did an absolutely incredible job on my project. I added square footage and interior stairwell to my basement, as well as constructing a new garage with an apartment on top. Vinny and his employees and subcontractors were professional, friendly, and performed excellent work. Not only did we finish early, we also came in under budget! Vinny was always available to meet or discuss the project over the phone. He walked me through every part of the budget and the construction . I cannot say enough wonderful things!”

His attention to detail is exceptional, the veining in our quartz slabs continues down and around our waterfall style island.
