“Allan did an amazing job with our kitchen remodeling, which included demolition, addition of a large room, changing roof lines and some major internal changes in other areas. He would personally be on the job 6 days a week, and this entire effort (from demolition to a shell being ready) was completed in less than 10 weeks. In the meantime, he had built a temporary kitchen in our basement, and sealed off the area to prevent dust pollution. Cannot recommend Allan highly enough -- his costs were very reasonable (I shopped around), his workmanship is excellent, his team is very professional, highly ethical (no hidden charges or surprises) -- I've recommended Allan to many friends, and would not hesitate to hire him again.”

They had the beam brought in and installed with a small crane and the job was completed seamlessly and professionally. I'd recommend Jim for any size renovation job as he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. “We hired GN Builders for a bathroom remodel. Greg was extremely professional right from the quote process. He explained the issues that needed addressing and made us comfortable with the project scope and costs. After being awarded the remodel, he was punctual, did exactly what he said he would do, and we were very happy with the outcome. He is not the cheapest one around, but if you value your peace of mind, he is the guy to go to. When we sold the house a few years later, we asked him to take care of all the punchlist items from the inspection. He was also helpful in discussions with house inspector about necessity of certain repairs. He once again said exactly what he would do and did it well.”
