“Jamie is one of the best contractors I've worked with. First and foremost he is courteous and professional. He returns phonecalls promptly, shows up when he says he is going to (virtually unheard of!) and stays on schedule. His work is excellent and priced fairly. He has done a number of projects at our home including installing and refinishing hardwood floors, installing new windows, replacing sinks, countertops and installing garbage disposals. We've been thrilled with the results each time. He keeps us abreast of the progress by sending regular updates. “Paddy and his team were a pleasure to work with. We met under less than ideal circumstances, when the prior architect on a complex townhouse renovation project suddenly closed their doors shortly after demolition, but the team worked hard to ease the transition and keep the project running smoothly. Their attention to detail, both technical and aesthetic, was critical to the success of the project. This project was a deep energy retrofit with Passive House detailing and Paddy brought a great deal of technical knowledge to the table and was a real on-the-ground problem solver.
