“So professional and knowledgeable. Came on time and they were able to solve our range vent issues in a fast and efficient way. They found a way to reconfigure the existing range hood so that we did not have to purchase a new one!!!!! Highly recommend this company for soooo many areas-landscaping, remodeling etc.”

“Our rental property sustained roof damage during high winds and rain earlier this month exposing the wood roof above an occupied townhome. A call was made to Holmes Build when the damage was discovered the next evening. The owner was at the property within an hour to assess the roof damage and securely tarp the exposed areas as more rain and wind was expected that evening. The repair and replacement of shingles was completed efficiently by 2 professionals with minimal disturbance to residents in the building and all damaged material was bagged and hauled away. We highly recommend Holmes Build, LLC .”

They arrived on time and worked non stop until time to leave. This project was completed in a timely fashion and the workmanship was perfect! “Aspen Valley performed a significant kitchen renovation, extension and removal of a load bearing wall from January to August 2016 on my 95 year old home. Their work was clearly bid out and contracted, the crew was professional and respectful (I have a home office which could have posed a challenge, but didn't, and 2 young children) and they worked quite well with the architect and my family. Every project has surprises - things you don't expect and can't know about until you open the walls of a house this old - and these guys reacted promptly, thoroughly and accurately. Communication was crisp - we were always aware of what was happening or would happen. We finished on time, on budget, and as I changed the plan 2x mid-stream the change order process was crisp and fair. The kitchen is arguably the most important part of a home today. We are quite pleased with our outcome and I'm glad Aspen Valley ran the show. I will give them first shot on future projects.”
