The job was done professionally and correctly. I work for a non-profit agency and it is difficult to find honest vendors. “Called Nathan after researching other reviews for some repair on outside trim work. A relatively small job which is often the hardest to get help with. He came out quickly, gave a fair estimate, completed the job and then even charged less than the estimate. Hard to find professional service like this anymore. He will be my go to for future home repair.”

“We are happy to have our project completed but sad to see Vitali and his team move on. We had a general contractor back out a day before our basement remodel was to begin. Fortunately, Vitali was assigned to our project and in just 2 business days had a team on the ground armed with projects specs & requirements. Every detail of our remodel looks beautiful and perfect! When we hit unexpected challenges they always consulted us professionally and were patient enough to educate us whenever we had to make difficult decisions. I imagine it’s tough to take on a project you weren't able to investigate and estimate initially. They accommodated several change orders throughout the project which increased scope and extended the project completion date. Bottom line – Some people encounter unreasonable general contractors and experienced so many hardships throughout a project that they dread the thought of another project. I would recommend Vitali but I may just keep him to myself. The great experience he offered us leaves us inspired to do more to our home.”

“Freedom Contracting did some framing and drywall for us on a recent project. They did excellent work that was on time and within budget. Freedom Contracting is extremely communication oriented. They put their customer first and it shows throughout entire process. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!”

“Bade Brothers recently did a bathroom remodel for us- going down to the studs and rebuilding. Ben and his brother were prompt, accurate and very clean (sweeping up every day when they left). My wife is still in awe of how nice the bathroom is now! We hope to have Bade brothers do our kitchen this summer!”

“We hired Derek for our bathroom remodel and we loved it so much we hired him again to install a pellet stove which turned out beautiful! He was very innovative, reliable, communicative, and a pleasure to be around. We definitely threw some challenges his way and he navigated them with grace and professionalism. “We love our addition and have received many wonderful comments about it! Most people can't even tell that we had an addition because it was incorporated so well. Mortensen Construction was great to work with and took care of our needs even before we knew about them. With such a busy market, we expected that the project would take longer. We were pleasantly surprised at finishing exactly two months after demolition began. When asking different subcons and delivery companies about the timing, they all commented "You're lucky to be working with Mortensen Construction. Otherwise, your project would be on hold right now." Our family has been blessed to work them and are enjoying our new space. Our neighbors were appreciative of the respect they showed. Coming in under budget was the icing on the cake. Our financing company was in shock at how well they managed the project. We have and will continue to recommend them to our friends and associates for any future projects either commercial or residential. We value their professionalism!”

“This is a great family business. Dad came to our home to assess the job and gave us a written estimate. Two brothers came the following week, on time, and completed the job. They honored the estimate even though the job took a little more work than anticipated. We’ll use them for future jobs.”
