“We had Finished Basements Plus finish our walk-out basement this year. It is no longer a "basement" it is now a beautiful extention of our home!! We love every square foot!! They really listened to our current and future needs as a family for the space. They successfully designed and implemented a stunning living space that met our needs in functionality (storage space, avoiding wasted square footage, kitchen and bathrooms) and aesthetically. We did do our homework first, we interviewed, checked referrals and had several quotes. We choose them based on their professionalism and their extensive experience. They were without any question the right choice!! The price and scope of work did not fluctuate through out the project and Finished Basements Plus delivered exactly what they said that would and more. We had extra Trex left and MLN suggested adding benches. What a great idea I had not considered! Love the results! It transformed my backyard. I live out there in the summer.”

“I had Life Construction add a 4th bedroom to an upstairs bonus area. Mike and his team were respectful and punctual. His prices were very reasonable and his team finished the work in 3 days. “We are very pleased we worked with Jason. We have spent quite a bit of time together and I can confidently tell you there is nobody that I would rather have transform my home. He is experienced, organized, and well spoken. He's got a fun sense of humor that made the process more pleasant than I can recall any of my previous renovations.
