“Kingswood Builders Group carried out a renovation of the interior of our 39 year old house. The project included removal of interior walls and closets, reconstruction of the main stairway, construction of a theatre wall with a gas fireplace, conversion of a family room into a hobby room and a gym, refinishing various rooms, installation of wood and tile flooring and complete rewiring including the installation of LED pot lights throughout. Kingswood coordinated all architectural drawings, Engineering, Permit Applications and inspections. Peter McArthur is a well-experienced, professional General Contractor. He provided a reliable and complete estimate which he did not exceed. The need for any extra work was fully discussed and estimated before commencing. His crews and subcontractors were reliable and completed the work in a reasonable time. I would definitely consider Kingswood Builders Group for any future renovations.”

“3D Construction was absolutely fabulous to have running our project. All the details were identified, and completed throughout the project. We did a 964 sq. ft addition, and Damon took us through the project from Day 1. Starting with design ideas, permit applications, and then project go time. 3D construction brings experience, knowledge, and skills, as well as their expectations for quality of service is at top of their list. 3D construction team handled any challenges quickly and efficiently. They kept communication regularly throughout so we were prepared to make decisions as the project moved from one section (building) to the next, to the next (finishing). The budget was consistently reviewed, and the advice from Damon was on point. It is great to have a professional ensuring the bottom line meets the project objective. We would highly recommend 3D Construction to anyone going into a small or large home construction project.”
