“Andrey changed my ugly back yard into a beautiful deck and fence. I looked far and wide for a contractor to do this work. I had one other contractor look at the job but they were not willing to work with me to get the job done. Andrey listened to my ideas about how I wanted it built, and he worked with me to make it happen. I am in Boston so getting the permits to start the job was a huge effort. Andrey was great working with the city to get the permits. I am very happy with the way the project turned out.”

“We have used Carlos previously at our old house and he did a great job as we redid both bathrooms and installed new cabinets . His best quality is that he shows up EVERY day and is super detailed and responsive. His work is top notch and is very considerate by always cleaning up and taking his shoes off. He just refinished our basement in our new house and it looks amazing. Carlos is great at what he does but he is a better person. I cannot recommend him enough. I’m looking for more jobs so I can work with him again.”

“I used Clear Cut Design for a wet bar in our dining room and built in cabinets in our powder room. They both came out beautiful. His work is amazing quality and excellent craftsmanship. I appreciate his attention to detail and helpful feedback when I had questions while designing the built ins. He was extremely professional and personable throughout the entire experience. I would absolutely hire him again for my own home or my interior design clients.”

“I live in New Jersey and have a few properties in Massachusetts. I needed work done on two of my properties. I normally send my team of guys up there when work or repairs are needed but this time I couldn't because of poor timing. I spoke to a handful of contractors over the phone. When I spoke to Chris from Develop X Properties, he reached my comfort level in the first minute of our convo. He assured me the work would be done within my budget and in a timely fashion. “I contacted Leland to stud and drywall a 2,100 square foot unit and the job had to be started immediately with a two week turnaround timeframe. Leland had his crew out there within three days to begin the job. The work was done extremely well and his plasterers were quick, neat and very professional. Leland also contacted other subcontractors beyond the scope of his work to take care of some other details for me.
