“We hired 38 Construction for a partial master bathroom remodel - to convert our tub and shower stall into a walk-in shower. From the initial interaction until the day our shower was completed, the experience was top notch. I've never had a project go so smoothly, to the point it was kinda fun. Adam was friendly, courteous and polite; he listened, advised and responded at every step of the process, even when we put him on the spot to validate our design ideas. He was also very flexible - we made 2 design changes before work started and a few very minor ones during the project, and he graciously handled each one like the pro he is. His crew was a husband/wife team who were amazing - the quality was beyond what we were expecting. Because we were able to see the results of each day's work, glitches like needing more tile that took 4 days to arrive or running out of grout wasn't such a big deal. Needless to say, we now have the shower that we (ok, *I*) dreamed of having and I get a satisfying thrill every time I use it. I am so glad we hired 38 Construction - we would recommend Adam without any reservations and will certainly hire him again for our next project (which I've been told is not soon, oh well).
