“We have used Carlos previously at our old house and he did a great job as we redid both bathrooms and installed new cabinets . His best quality is that he shows up EVERY day and is super detailed and responsive. His work is top notch and is very considerate by always cleaning up and taking his shoes off. He just refinished our basement in our new house and it looks amazing. Carlos is great at what he does but he is a better person. I cannot recommend him enough. I’m looking for more jobs so I can work with him again.”

“Andrey changed my ugly back yard into a beautiful deck and fence. I looked far and wide for a contractor to do this work. I had one other contractor look at the job but they were not willing to work with me to get the job done. Andrey listened to my ideas about how I wanted it built, and he worked with me to make it happen. I am in Boston so getting the permits to start the job was a huge effort. Andrey was great working with the city to get the permits. I am very happy with the way the project turned out.”

“I used Clear Cut Design for a wet bar in our dining room and built in cabinets in our powder room. They both came out beautiful. His work is amazing quality and excellent craftsmanship. I appreciate his attention to detail and helpful feedback when I had questions while designing the built ins. He was extremely professional and personable throughout the entire experience. I would absolutely hire him again for my own home or my interior design clients.”

He and his team were very attuned to my wishes and worked hard to accommodate them at each stage. “We hired JP Builders LLC to do extensive structural repairs, stonework, windows & cedar shakes to our camp in 2009 and again to our guesthouse in 2012. Jim and his crew did an excellent job. We feel very fortunate to have found them. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and hard-working. They kept us informed every step of the way, kept the worksite cleaned up every day, worked to keep costs down and finished in a timely manner. The work is impeccable! Again, the work is impeccable!!
