“FHS constructors have done numerous projects on our home renovation since starting with our kitchen renovation and hardwood floor restoration. Scott Green gave us a true and accurate detailed estimate and timeframe upfront. He completed this job on time and to both my wife and my satisfaction. He just finished a 16*16 carriage house in the backyard that is a piece of art. He has also put a new roof on our home, his crew was finished by three o’clock in the afternoon on the same day and I still have only found three nails in my yard. They were efficient and cleaned up great. When my toilet downstairs had some structural issues his crew fixed that in no time and now I can do jumping jacks on it If I wanted to. After these numerous jobs we still would recommend him to friends and family because he is honest and gets the job done right. Thanks for making our house a home FHS!”

“We hired Bowmen, LLC for a small bedroom renovation. Though they often do much larger projects, they made us feel like our bathroom was a top priority. Spencer (owner), Joe and Chyrel (project managers) were very present, knowledgeable, professional and answered all of our questions. Their subcontractors did impeccable work and left the site clean each day. I would recommend them highly for any project large or small.”

“I hired Mike from Commonwealth contracting after purchasing a second home in Charleston, SC. I was very nervous to undergo a complete renovation from a distance but Mike & all of his men made this process seamless for us. The guys were all very trustworthy, helpful & eager to please. We completely renovated the entire townhouse & I couldn't be more pleased. I LOVE the end result! Of course there were a few "bumps" along the way but Mike always handled every situation quickly until it was perfect. I have no hesitation in recommending Mike & Commonwealth Contracting. “We had an outstanding experience working with O'Connor Homes. Cameron is an outstanding contractor. My wife and I were immediately impressed with his vision and professionalism. We had an estimate with budgets and allowances back within a week, and were able to move forward with demo within 6 weeks. Our project was a complete gut and restoration of a downtown Charleston home. The project took 8 months, and we finished on time and under budget! We were treated to weekly updates, constant communication, and were very impressed with the quality of their subcontractors. Our finishes are immaculate! Cameron is an honest and skilled contractor. His employees and sub contractors treat our family like royalty!”
