He repaired our ceiling in our entry way due to leaky pipes by sheet rocking and painting the area. He also found a tiny leak in our roof that no one was able to detect. “For a long time, I wanted to remodel my kitchen and add on a breakfast room. “We called Brooks Construction after our house flooded. They were quick to do demo work and start remediation. Trey was very easy to work with; he was professional and responsive throughout the entire process. We were going to put our home on the market, so Trey helped us pick paint and flooring that would help us sell. Our house sold over asking price in less than a week. “I give the highest possible recommendation to LBJ Construction. They communicate openly, work with a high quality stable of sub-contractors (including some really talented craftsmen) and stand behind their work. LBJ was the GC on our major kitchen remodel, construction of a full bath and a half bath plus an addition to our house that included butler's pantry, mudroom and laundry room. LBJ knows the "latest and greatest" and will spend time working with the owner to determine what works for you--but no high pressure sales pitch. They focus on the projected timeframes and budgets, using Co-Construct web app to manage all elements of the job. What stands out to me the most is the extremely high standards to which LBJ holds its subcontractors. We had a couple of elements initially completed to an "alright" standard. LBJ got the work redone to "perfect" by my standards. I am so grateful to have had LBJ as a partner.”

“I hired CHI after two people I knew used them with stunning results renovating their respective homes. My wife and I initially used them to "fix" the floor of our master shower. It turned into a beautiful transformation that we enjoy daily and will add to our resale value. Since then we have used them again and will continue to use them. We recommend them to our friends and family. CHI's work is very, very high quality. They stay within a time budget and financial budget and will communicate immediately is anything changes. They are very professional with the sole objective of satisfying the customer. To that end, a job is not complete until the customer says so. Above all, they are trustworthy.
