I was told that if I had any questions I could reach out and a week later I called to make sure that everything was going to work. I called at 9 o’clock at night, and they still answer the phone and answered all of my questions I had and I felt comfortable moving forward. it seemed like an average bathroom remodel but I received so much more and I am ever grateful that I gave this company a chance. I would recommend them to everyone and I have. I know that many of my family members have also done work with this company. “Knight was an excellent partner in our recent kitchen and mudroom remodeling project. The management was engaged throughout the project and our PM was tremendously responsive and detail oriented as well. While not inexpensive, the quality of work was exceptional and well worth the cost. The designer with Knight also had great input which resulted in a very unique floorplan modification during the planning stage. All in all, great people to work with. We would use them again without hesitation.”

“Wayne and Julie were wonderful to work with. We did a kitchen remodel. They really listened to what we were looking for, gave us great ideas that we hadn’t thought of and made multiple visits to our house to check on the work being done. We were always kept aware of the schedule, any changes to it and what to expect next. Any concerns we had were immediately addressed and our satisfaction met. “I had Changes Images Design, add new windows throughout my home. Also framed in the laundry room, added a water softener. Upgraded the kitchen by installing new countertops, sink and faucet. Also had plumbing and electrical work completed, and installed a new roof on my deck. I am very happy with the results of the job. Tammy is very professional and made sure we worked together to achieve the goals that I have. Tammy provided her knowledge of interior design to help me chose colors and design of the laundry and the kitchen. I heartily recommend Tammy as it was a great experience and am thrilled with the results.”

“Jon Tabor at Carter Custom initially helped us with replacing 2 fireplaces in our home. We were so happy with the work and with the service that we decided to use them to help us with other remodeling projects. Jon helped to design and construct 2 new bathrooms for us--- and made the process incredibly easy. He went out of his way to help us find a design and products which fit within our budget. The professionals who actually did the work were trustworthy, timely, and did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend Carter Custom Construction and will use them again in a heartbeat for another project.”
