“In 2018 after mold remediation, I hired Mr. DeLaTorre to rebuild a 5x7 closet replacing the flooring, insulation, drywall and ceiling, and to put in new windows in the front dining room which involved the removal of the original windows, drywall, outside brick and the reframing for the new configuration, insulation, drywall, electrical, molding and new brick veneer. Other work in my home included repair of drywall/cracks and painting. Mr. DeLaTorre submitted a detailed Scope of Work with costs that were very reasonable. He was very professional, communicated clearly on every aspect of the project, and made sure that the work area was cleaned up at the end of the day. It was a pleasure working with Mr. DeLaTorre and his crew as they were always on time, came prepared and did an excellent job. I was very happy with the finished work and would highly recommend Mr. DeLaTorre for a building project. Ellin P.”

“I highly recommend Venteicher Renovations! Raelene and Joe helped us create the home of our dreams! They have an amazing eye for detail and ensured our project was well organized and went smoothly. There was one cabinet stain color that didn’t turn out exactly as I wanted and they were kind enough to get them repaired after we wrapped up the project- that is unheard of in the world of renovations and contractors!! Joe and Raelene are very caring, honest, responsive and professional- we had a great experience with them! Raelene is also a designer with amazing taste, I found her expertise and recommendations invaluable during our build process. Before meeting them, I worked with a designer to create renders of what I wanted, and they executed everything perfectly! I am including some pictures below of the renders and final outcomes. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and couldn’t recommend Venteicher Renovations enough!”

Our master bath and bedroom project went so well and the results were so overwhelming, there was no decision in who we were going to use for our kitchen. Chris and Gordon are great listeners. They listen first and present recommendations after carefully considering several options, and their recommendations always hit the mark. Our kitchen was in need of a serious facelift and improvement to functionality. The final product is warm and inviting, modern functionality with a traditional look. It is the central meeting place in our house and everyone compliments us on its breathtaking design and flawless attention to detail.
