“In 2014 Tim built a brand new custom kitchen for us. He did such a great job on the kitchen we had him back again when we wanted to create a master suite on the first floor of our 2 story home. Tim and his team did a great job on our 900 sq foot addition of a master bedroom suite. This job required a tear down of an older sun room (along with its foundation) and then a brick build out with dormers and a basement. So the project had the entire gamut of requirements--plumbing, electric, HVAC, masonry and roofing. He came in exactly on budget and was extremely solicitous that all work was done to our satisfaction. He even re-did older ceilings and walls when they did not come up to the quality of his new work. He had really good ideas on the latest materials and design. He even had good ideas for simple, low-cost improvements to the old house. We found him very easy to work with and very straight forward with his billing. We are extremely happy with the work.”

“I have had VA Home Services do several projects for me over the years. The projects have ranged from hundreds to thousands of dollars. The dates and amount selected for this review was the biggest project they did for us. Each experience with VA Home services has been courteous and professional. We feel that the owner has the utmost integrity. When he makes an appointment, he keeps it. It's nice to be able to count on a contractor to show up when they say they will. VA Home services has done both repairs and renovations for us. The did a very large job in our basement - we had a wall with some mold that was repaired, they vented our basement bathroom, created a vented closest in the basement for the cat boxes, installed new doors, and painted. They have done repairs on my rental property as well as on my residence. I do not hesitate to call VA Home Services when I have repairs and renovations to be done.”

“I hired Vetter Builders to build an addition on our house. Thomas Vetter, a master carpenter was so easy to work with. He really knew what he was doing. I had complete confidence in his workmanship. He is a reliable and honest man. He was always watching out for our bottom line and looking for ways to save us money. He and his son framed the house, installed doors, windows and siding. I was completely satisfied with his work. He has done a lot of work for some of our friends also who recommended him to us. You are in good hands with this man.”
